JulesGems.com does not use cookies to record any personal information about you. They are used to record a unique id number while you are currently shopping with us so that we may keep customers selections seperate whilst you shop. They are also used to help us understand which pages of our site are viewed so that we can strive to continually improve the site. You are not required to accept cookies to browse this site but if you wish to purchase an item on this site then it may be necessary to change your browser settings to accept a session cookie.
Whilst every effort is made to represent product colours, it is possible that the images shown may vary slightly from the actual product. Variations in computer monitors as well as the browser used, etc. are beyond our control.

| Postal Charges & Details |
1. Charges within the UK
ALL purchases up to £75 - will be charged just £2.95.
Purchases over £75 and less than £150 - will only be charged £4.95.
ALL ORDERS over £150 - POSTAGE IS FREE!*
The minimum order is £10 excluding postage & packing charges.
Orders are may be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, or another suitable courier service and may require a signature upon receipt.*
2. Charges outside the UK
All orders with a shipping address outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland will incur an extra charge for Postage & Packing. This charge solely reflects the additional cost to JulesGems.com for safely insuring the delivery of your order.
Orders will be charged at cost, approx an extra £5.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and wish to be notified of your exact postage charge prior to dispatch please email after placing your order and request notification of the postal charges, quoting your order number.
3. Surcharges
If you are placing an international order, and the actual cost of shipping your order is higher than that shown when ordering, we will charge the extra to your payment card.
If you require confirmation prior to dispatch of your goods, you should request this by emailing us using our contact pages and quoting your order number.
If you have order via PayPal, then we will issue a new PayPal invoice for you to complete the additional payment necessary.
4. Delivery Times and Dispatch Goods

*We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of you placing your order (not including Sat/Sun).
6. VAT
All Postal charges include VAT at 17.5%.
7. Delivery Method UK
All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Services or our courier. We use standard 1st Class , Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and DHL for larger items. You may be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt.
Back ordered items and exchanges may be sent by 1st Class Post. There is no extra charge for delivery of back ordered items but for exchanges there will be a charge equivalent to the current charge for an order of the same value as the exchanged products.
The price for postage & packing for orders is a minimum of £2.95 for any order or exchange and is not refundable.
8. Delivery Method Outside the UK
Orders outside the UK are dispatched by Air Mail and can only be dispatched to the customers address. For security reasons you may not have your order shipped to a different address if you are outside the UK. From the date of dispatch please allow at least 2-3 days for delivery in Western Europe, 3-4 days for Eastern Europe and a minimum of 5 days for delivery to the rest of the World. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.
Where possible we send all orders out the same day if your order is placed by 1pm Monday to Friday. Occasionally, this may not be possible but in all cases we strive to send orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. |
9. Dispatch Times
With so many different items available we will occasionally find that one of your items may not be in stock on the date of your order. When this is the case we will send out all items that are currently in stock and charge you only for those items. We may then put the remainder of your order on Back Order if we expect stocks to come in during the next 7-10 days, at which point we will then charge for those items and send them out with no extra postage charge incurred. If stocks are not expected within this timescale the product will be shown as Out Of Stock and you will need to re-order that product.
You will be notified by email if dispatch of your order is likely to be in excess of 7 days. If you have not been notified of an extended dispatch date and you have still not received your items within 14 days please contact us. Details below.

Customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.

| When using dyed products for clothing or items to be worn next to the skin, we recommend testing these products for suitability first. We cannot hold ourselves responsible for SURFACE DYED beads or other dyed products and in the event of any claim, sellers' liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of defective goods.

| Returns & Refunds |
We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from JulesGems.com. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to ensure the situation is rectified so that you are happy with your purchase.
Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value, we may offer a credit on your account or a full refund can be given.
If an item is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the cost of the goods in full within 30 days.
You MUST express your wish to return the item by contacting us via telephone or by emailing our Returns Dept: returns@julesgems.com.
Any items returned without prior notice will incur a 20%+VAT re-stocking fee.
Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earring findings are non-returnable.

| Cancellations |

If, for any reason, you simply change your mind and wish to return the item, you can cancel the order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days starts from the day after you receive the goods. We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Cost of the return remains with the purchaser. If goods have not been returned we are entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting the goods from you and deduct this from the refund. Items returned should be packaged in a suitable way to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We cannot refund items if we do not receive them, therefore it is important that you use a reputable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for which a signature is required. Provided items are returned in a saleable condition and are not damaged we will issue a full refund.

If you have any complaints about our service, please email us at complaints@julesgems.com We endeavour to respond to all
complaints within five working days. We will attempt to resolve all complaints within 28 days of the date your complaint is received. At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you, via email, of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.

| Our Rights |
Delivery of all goods is made on an ex-shop basis (INCO terms apply). All sales are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
All content & images displayed on JulesGems.com are the property of JulesGems or their respective owners. The design of any jewellery items are copyrighted by their respective owners. Under no circumstances may you re-use any of the information on this site for your own personal gain.
Anyone using or purchasing from JulesGems.com is deemed to have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions.
If a customer is not available to sign for their order and does not respond to the delivery note provided by either Royal Mail or the chosen courier, and the order is then returned by either Royal Mail or the courier to us at JulesGems, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the repeated postage costs incurred in re-sending the order by the same service. We will contact the customer and confirm that they still wish to proceed with their order before taking any further monies and dispatching the aforementioned goods. If in this circumstance the customer wishes to decline having the order re-sent or no response is received from the customer within 30 days, the order amount will be refunded via the original payment method minus the original postage charge and a re-stocking fee of either 25% or £2.50 - whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions in compliance with current UK & EU law.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
